GREENFIELD, N.Y. -- Another person from Ann Arnold’s former horse farm is charged with animal neglect.
Arnold is the woman who was convicted in May 2012 of 19 counts of animal cruelty after 19 malnourished and neglected horses were found on her property in Greenfield.
According to the Saratoga County District Attorney's Office, James Foster, 50, was arraigned in the Town of Greenfield Court Tuesday and charged with three counts of Failure to Provide Sustenance to three horses under his care.
According to a veterinarian, the horses were malnourished and had other health issues.
Foster pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He is due back in court next month.
