Police charged 23-year-old Frederick Smith, 22-year-old Anthony Allen, 20-year-old Dimetri Moseley and 21-year-old Jaquan Higgs.
All four are from Poughkeepsie and have been charged with second degree possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
