ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Rockland County Department of Health identifies a case of measles.
The Department says anyone who was at the Palisades Center Mall on Sunday February second between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. may have been exposed.
This primarily includes the first floor and anyone who visited Best Buy or the AT&T store.
The department is asking anyone who has not been immunized for measles, is pregnant, under six months of age, immunocompromised or immunosuppressed to contact their doctor right away.
Measles is highly contagious. It can lead to serious side effects, and in rare cases, death.
