NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Rape charges have been dropped against three Brooklyn teenagers arrested in September for allegedly raping a student at Mount Saint Mary College.
According to the Orange County District Attorney's office, there was not sufficient evidence to put William Service, Glendon Glashen, and Michael Curatola on trial. They initially faced charges of first degree rape.
The district attorney's office says the records remain sealed.
