MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. -- A Middletown man is charged with arson after police say he intentionally started a fire in the city.
Curtis Marsh, 24, was charged with arson, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
Marsh was also charged with assault for allegedly biting an officer.
The fire happened last Friday on Charles Street.
Police say the building was abandoned and no one was hurt.
