STATEWIDE -- Governor Cuomo and the State Police announce a new initiative to use social media to locate and arrest wanted individuals.
This week State Police in Liberty are looking for Hector Cerna.
Cerna was arrested back in April of 2008 and indicted by a grand jury on criminal sex act charges.
He was accused of subjecting a child to sexual contact.
Cerna was released and never appeared for his court date in January of 2009.
Anyone with information on Cerna's whereabouts should contact State Police at (845) 292-6600.
