ALBANY, N.Y. -- A Crown Point man faces three to nine years in prison after he plead guilty in connection with a grand larceny case.
Jeffrey Roscoe, 28, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to grand larceny and tax fraud charges. According to the Albany County District Attorney's office, Roscoe stole $80,000 from the Trustco Bank on Whitehall Road in Albany where he was a bank teller.
He stole the money between May and December in 2011, and falsified business records in order to conceal the missing money. He also evaded $3,000 in state income tax in 2011 by failing to file a personal income tax return.
Roscoe will be sentenced in March.
