COLONIE, N.Y. -- Two of the three people accused of breaking into a home last November in Colonie plead not guilty to burglary charges.
Both 19-year-old Raymond Halacy and 18-year-old Andre Beverly were arraigned on an unsealed indictment today.
They were arraigned on an arrest warrant last week after being extradited from Florida. Halacy and Beverly are being held at Albany County jail.
The third person in the case, John Halacy, rejected a plea deal last week on burglary charges.
He was offered five years in prison on an attempted burglary charge but turned it down.
In a separate case, Halacy is accused of raping two girls last winter.
Those charges were downgraded to misdemeanors back in November following a paperwork error in the district attorney's office, and a judge adjourned that case in court.
He is also being held at Albany County jail without bail.
